so in general I wanted to do the same head tracking as it is in the first scene of this short
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/WjFmDfGXJnw
but when i apply it on my video it's all shaky
I thought it was because of those black bars, but I removed them by cropping and still nothing
please help me

You are probably locking on to the wrong features based on wrong assumptions. the clip you reference was likely stabilized by locking onto something that isn't even visible in the final output or it employs the planar tracker in mocha AE and masks. Could also be an averaged shot with multiple trackers. Either way, such extreme close ups don't track themselves just by hitting the stabilize button. It#s much more work than it looks.

Thank you for describing the problem. I read your comment and decided first I tried to track Ken Miles' head with a stabilization motion like last time and then I wanted to stabilize it with mocha AE, but what object can I choose that is still, unrelated to the movie and is visible in the mocha AE editor?. I don't know if I'm doing it right at all. Is there maybe a youtube video with a similar problem as me showing how to do it?
Thanks for help!
