I copied Stroke Width & paste it on Stroke1. What is the meaning of this shape? I assume there are keyframes in the dropdown menu of Stroke1.

Stroke Width is a parameter inside the Stroke group. The little dot keyframes indicate that you have a collapsed group with more parameters, but there are some keyframes inside. If you twirl "Stroke 1" down in your top layer, you'll see "Stroke Width" has the keyframe icons you're looking for.
