SHOWING ERROR CODE 9988 WHEN EXPORTING  TO MOV FILE .

I RESTARTED AND AGAIN SHOWING ERROR MESSAGE ,

I USING M2 PRO MINI, 32 GB RAM ,OS VENTURA 13.4.1 (22F82)

AND AFTER EFFCTS VERSION 23.5 BUILD 52.

HOW TO FIX IT?

Hi there - I have a very bizzare solution to this problem. It seems I get this issue whenever one of my composition's dimensions is a prime number. Maybe it has something to do with the way the compressor wants to optimize and it just can't when there's no other factors?

Thanks for sharing a workaround, but it would be great if I can help you fix this issue permanently. Could you share your current After Effects version? I recommend running After Effects in Safe mode with third-party plugins disabled to check if this is a preferences or plugin related problem. If you're still seeing the error message, please let me know what type if media files you're using in your project.
