Slope Text & Vertical Letters

I want to create text like in the first picture (Slope Text & Vertical Letters). Do you have any idea to do this? I am able create text & letters are in a slope (2nd picture).

There is a Skew Text animator. Match the Skew and the rotation to make the ascenders vertical.
