Something weird with after effects

Hello for some reason when I import a video from premiere pro to after effects I get this weird thing for some reason, 1/3 flips to the other side and the other 2/3 to the other.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Update AE to v23.6 or downgrade to 23.4. This is a known bug in 23.5.
