strange flicker?

my project use deep glow and some color key effect, i edited on quarter resolution but whenever i change to full its getting flicker? anyone know how to deal with?

    My After effects giving flickering issue when ever i use to move mouse in timeline or if i scrub on time line.

     

    Attached video is for refrence.

     

    My system configuration is :

    Dell intel core Ultra 7

    System Model: Latitude 5450

    Operating System: Windows 11 Enterprise 64-bit (10.0, Build 22631) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 165U (14 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
    Memory: 32768MB RAM

    Card name: Intel(R) Graphics
    Manufacturer: Intel Corporation

    Display Memory: 16234 MB

    My first guess is that the project and the rendered comp are 8-bit, and the banding causes the flickering you see when you have a limited number of colors to work with.
