I'm new to After Effects and have watched tutorials, read about how to fix this but just can't. I have the effects installed on my pc but they don't work in AE. Would anyone be willing to help me "install" the effects.

According to your screenshots none of the effects are installed. Get the relevant plug-ins from BorisFX/ GenArts and Red Giant and run the installers.
