Tracking doesn't work.

So I've been working in Adobe After Effects CC17, and tracking has always worked for me.

But today when I started tracking I placed the first point, and pressed analyze 1 frame forward and it dit absolutely nothing. I reloaded it created a new project, and it still didn't work. I also tried converting the video from .mp4 to .mov, and it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know a solution?
