Hello, How would a person recommend tracking this picture frame? I have the key worked out I just need to know the right method to track. Ive tried mocha but it always is offset alittle. Ive tried AE tracking, but the grain in the image doesn't work nice.. Thank you, any suggestions would be helpful!

Without any doubt I would use Mocha Ae (included in AE). You have some training resources on the borisfx website on how to track surfaces to insert pictures using corner pinning.
