Transform removes effects from under comps

Hi I have this problem where effects I put in my under comps aren't showing on my main comp, the worst part is that one of my under comps does update, just not the two before. I was messing around with everything and noticed that it started working again when I removed my transform key points in my main comp. I'm posting here to figure out how I will be able to transform my main comp without it making under comps not work? They all have live update on.

Without more detail it is unlikely anyone will be able to offer much advice. 

What are the effects that are not working and what are the ones that are working.

Have you tried simple fixes like clearing the cache?
