trapcode designer crashes when open

I have this issue where whenever i open trapcode's designer i get this error message and my ae crahses.

I tried reinstalling everything and cleaning the cache.

I have an Intel Core i5-9500 3.00GHz, GeForce GTX 1650 and 32 gb of ram.
