There is no such thing. Particular has no per-particle conditional  triggers like e.g. Stardust or Thinking Particles (in Cinema 4D) have them. At best you can set your parameters for lifespan and all that in such a way that they expire at the same time or create a collision plane that kills them off, but given how Particular evaluates the lifecycle, these will never be 100% equal and exact for all particles. If you need that level of refined control, you really need to move on to other tools. Otherwise there could of course be a ton of hacky ways to "kill" your particles by masking and mangling their motion e.g. with distortion effects, but it's not particularly clear what exactly you are trying to do based on such a generic and rather vague question.
