trouble with preview in After Effects

Hi

Since last night ive been trying different ways to figure this out but my composition preview will only play once and stop not even half way through and then not play again. Does anyone know how to solve this? Ive cleared my memory & disk cache but that didnt do anything.

From the preview panel. click on the Loop button as shown in the screenshot below.

I tried the loop button just there and it stayed the same, when i press play once it goes to that point shown in the image and after that it just doesnt play and freezes on that single frame

Hi @gallghre,

Sorry to hear about the playback issue in After Effects. Does it stop showing the preview at the same frame every time? If yes, the issue could media related. Could you try with some other media and check if it is behaving the same. Also, share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS).

Hi,

Yes it stops previewing at the same part each time then it wont let me play any further or rewatch what played the first time, here is how much RAM i have installed if its to do with that, how do i share my system specifications?
