User presets multiplied in After Effects

Okay so 2 days ago i opened my After Effects and nothing weird happened then the next day when i searched something in my user presets i saw the same presets got multiplied a few times, but the plugins didnt get multiplied can anyone help?

Impossible to say much without actual system info, but from the screenshot alone it's fair to say that AE is likely running in quirks mode due to your system appearing to not meeet the minimum system requirements for screen resolution and by extension thus potentially also not having the best GPU acceleration. From plain drawing issues with the UI to cache errors to somehow the system actually having duplicated the presets that could be anything. Start by checking the actual preset folders, update your graphics driver, check the hardware acceleration settings, flush the caches. Anything beyond that will require much more precise details.
