Hey, i made a video with many layers and my motion tracked layers wont be shown in the render, but in preview it shows.
Any help

You may want to check all the switches below. Make sure the Shy Switch is showing the little "Kilroy" guy, make sure the Visibility switches all look like regular eyeballs, and make sure the Hide Shy Layers switch is not on. Any of these things can affect what shows in your render.

Are those motion tracked layers turned on (visible) for rendering?

What do you mean do you mean these if yeah they are turnd on atleast in my preview (im new to after effects)
The awesome rectangle are motion tracked particular effect and some other but none of they motion tracked show

Sorry - JUST saw your last question. Yeah - some versions of the app (even with the same version, sometimes) have the columns all in different positions. These are the columns I had selected in my version as they correspond to your screenshot:

I had a very similar problem that lead me to this thread. My solution was to ensure the "Guide Layer" was off on all of the layers.
