view frame shifted

The view frame of my main pre-comp has shifted a few degrees x and y so it doesn't correspond with the pre-comp that has all my layers.

This seems to happen during the process of uploading various new shape layers (png) to my comps within the project. What is the process so that this doesn't happen, and how do I fix it? Thanks.

If there is not much difference, use this option "Fit to Comp", maybe nobody notices the change:

Select one or more layers and right click / Transform / Fit to Comp

Zoom to fit in Composition, Layer, or Footage panel

Zoom to 100% in Composition, Layer, or Footage panel

Thanks. They main comps scale was different so when I reset it that put things back in order.
