VR Comp Editor Output mismatching Edit

Hello,

I'm trying to create a VR video. I'm using a goPro and was able to stitch and export the video just fine. I thought it would be good to go back and add some text to the scene. Below is my VR Edit. It's cool I can add text and use the camera to look around in this scene. So far so good right?

However, this is the output I am getting. This doesn't seem right.

Shouldn't it show the whole scene(below as an example). Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks!

VR is tricky to understand, but I think I can see the problem... you already have a 360 video so if you put that into a VR master comp you're looking at effectively a 2D video in 3D space.
What you can do is use the 360 video to help place your captions as you have been doing, but then when you come to refresh your VR output, turn it off and place your 360 video underneath the pre-comp in the VR output comp.  That should give you all your text in 360 space with your original video underneath

It took a moment to get the hang of it, but I see what the issue is now. Thanks!
