I have a major problem with the VR comp window in AE2018, that was also an issue with skybox suite V2 in AE2017.
After I add enough edits to enough comps, I can no longer expand the window to view these edits, so I cannot hit "open Output/Render" on the comp I need to, to apply changes.
See this picture. I can go into my 3d edits for all of my layers, but I cannot see any options for "RUSTIC 2.7K" I have more comps below this, but I cannot expand any further to see them.
This window really needs reworking to allow for more and more comps. For instance, if I undock the panel, it SHOULD allow me to expand the width, and the one column would convert to two or three depending on size.
As it stands right now, I cannot expand past my computers screen resolution, so I cannot see my edits. This video has a Wednesday dead line and I have no idea How I can commit the changes I have made through the VR comp panel.
Thank you.
Hey jfosheezy,
We're aware of this issue. It will be fixed in a future release.
No ETA though. Sorry about that!
Thanks,

Hello,
Do you work with a full HD monitor? If the issue is not related to the size of the monitor, it is better to talk to Mettle support directly.

Thank you for the response.
So it isn't the resolution of the monitor, it has happened on two projects for us on mac and PC, what is happening, is after you have enough VR comps, The VR Panel, overflows, and you can't expand it down to see more comps. You can expand the PANEL itself, however, there is like an inner panel that also expands to let you click the buttons. You cannot expand this further to get to all of your comps, regardless of how much room is available in the panel itself. Refer to the image in the OP. The panel is big with a bunch of empty space, but that space should be filled with my comps.
Also skybox support site tells me to contact adobe by posting in the forums since adobe bought them

That is very good to hear! Very glad it is being worked on! We were able to circumvent the issue by splitting up the project. It just took some finesse to get everything correct due to the nature of the plugin. Skybox references comp names, not a unique comp ID, so when we reimported the first half of the comp, there were many things not working correctly, with referencing the wrong edit comps in the final outputs. We had to make sure to delete all old, unused referenced comps in order for skybox to properly work when hitting (open output/render).
Would be very nice to not have to use that button to compile comps, if it could dynamically reference the comp, so changes are automatically applied, that would make things so much better and easier to work with.
Thank you so much for responding!!!
