walk cycle

Hi! im new here iv been watching a tutorial video on how to a walk cycle and for the most part i incoperated it well but once both my legs are done bending for the walk they both stretch out a little like hes doing ballet could anyone help me out on where i went wrong or what step i left out on?

to give you more to work with of where i miht have went wrong i have screen shotted all the control panels for the walk cycle

1:37 but really it starts right away with him commencing walk cycle
