Warp Stabilizer won't initialize

I'm trying something called a hyperlapse, I will post the tutorial at the end of the post in case that will help fix my problem. I have precomped my footage and added 'Warp Stabilizer VFX' in the 'Track and Stabilize' extension window when you right click the footage, I have been trying to fix this issue for a while now and have updated my AE to the very latest update. When I apply the effect and choose my smoothness % it says 'Initializing..' I left it for a couple of hours, came back and it still says initializing, not sure why.

PC Specs:
Windows 10
Intel i3 12100F

AMD Radeon RX5600XT
16GB RAM

Forgot  to add in the post, I am currently on AE version 24.5
