Do anyone have an idea about how I can acheive something like this? It almost looks like a wave wrap but how do you pin the shapes?

I am mainly puzzled about the movements of shapes/waves, masks looks like nothing complex.

thanks in advance for your time!

Pinning the objects could easily be achieved by matching the waves' formula with some sine based expression. It would only take some time to figure out the correct parameters for phase, speed, amplitude etc. . The rest appears just like some track matte trickery, possibly blending modes like Difference to "invert" colors where shapes overlap. The principle is simple, but as I already said figuring out the details could take some time.

Hi, thanks for taking time to look into this!

Can I ask you what do you mean by matching the waves's formula? I just want some text and shapes to flow together and on top some waves like this. But really no clue how.

thanks again
