Can you please explain the list i stated :
1.What can it do in any video?
2.What is RGBA?
AE's Eraser Tool is most often used, by me, to clean up Alpha Channels, for VFX shots.
RGBA is part of the Channels parameter - the Channels parameter is where you define the image Channels that the Eraser (and the other Brush Tools in AE) will affect. RGBA means you'll be affecting the Color Channels and the Alpha Channel. For cleaning up mattes (Alpha Channels) for VFX-type shots, I'll almost exclusively set Channels to Alpha.

With Erase tools you can erase a part from video file, picture, composition or any pixel source file, the RGBA mean RGB channel + Alpha channel, so you can erase only the RGB (the color channel) or Only the alpha or both channel RGBA.
