Hi,

I have two questions-

1- Today I discover an unknown button( seems like an anchor point) in graph editor. I dnt understand what is that and it's purpose. Please tell me what is it if you know.

2- What actually happens when I move  a bazier handle up and down in graph editor.  does it have any impact if I move it up and down?

if yes,

what impact is that?

Thank you.

You are seeing the center of the Transform box that you get when you have more than one keyframe selected. Moving it does not change how the Transform box works. If both keyframes have the same value (your speed graph), then the box is not very high, but if you move the bezier handle up or down and click the property twice, you'll see a bigger box.
