For example, is there a way to reduce her reflection and the lights being shown off the screen?

Same answer as in your tracking question: The shot has been wrongly prepared/ not been prepared. Short of elaborate masking and tracking with lots of manaul tweaking there is not much one can do here. The irony is in fact that the reflections are so pronounced it would be easy to extract them and overlay them again after the screen replacement.

You may be able to export a frame as a PSD file, go into Photoshop and try and clean up reflections, track the surface in Mocha AE, then apply the tracking data to the PSD file and roto anything that covers the reflections. Depending on the shot, this could be a 1 hour or a 4-day project.
You may be better off tracking the screen in Mocha AE, creating some Roto there, and just replacing the entire screen.
I cannot give you a better idea of how I would approach the problem without seeing the actual video you need to fix.
