Where do i find my autosaves? After effects 2022

After effects 2022 My autosave is set as "Next to project", my project was in my downloads folder, but there is no new project. The project that is there is too old to be autosaved, probably from when i last manually saved it, its set to autosave every 20 minutes but i cant find the file, someone please help. I'm on mac os

oh my god i found it, there was a folder names adobe after effects auto save within the downloads folder for anyone wondering.

happy that I didn't was 8 hours today for nothing 😄
