why AE not to remember the stacked panel's scroll position??

every time I reload the AE , I should re-scroll my stacked panel

is it possible to save the scroll status ?

He's right, everytime I leave the application with my personal workspace it resets to the default everytime I open it again, This has been going on since 2015.

I agree that the panels need some work, I'm constantly rearranging them and parts of them get cut off. If you feel strongly about this feature needing work please email your comments here;
