Why is my vector file coming out Inverted??

Help!

So I made a vector and uploaded it to AE, to give it movement which I was able to do with CC SLANT :-). However, the look of the file is correct when I look at the Vector File through the program, but not in the Composition. It a black background, and the object has turned red... no transparency in the background at all.

I changed the background to white...but when I bounce/export the file... it shows up with the red object and black background... Vector qualities GONE.

I have exported this by using the Media Encoder Queue. It shows up this way, but has the movement.

I have exported it as a Premiere Pro file. It shows up the same way, but with no movement, because the cc slant effect gets lost in the translation?

Please HELP. I am new to AE, and very excited and really hoping to get this working.

I am trying to create an image with moving parts... and layering the parts. It will be on a loop.

I'm having some trouble understanding your issue. Can you post some screenshots of what you're seeing?

The photos are in order from bottom to top. As you can see the image background is transparent. In the second image you can see the composition file does not show that transparency in the top left. The 2nd from the top is the what the mp4 looks like. I threw into Premiere to see if it changes. Transparency is gone.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but if you're exporting as an .mp4, that format doesn't support transparency. Also, you don't need to be exporting to bring this into Premiere - you can actually import the AE comp directly using dynamic link.
Use Dynamic Link with After Effects

Your export does look more red, but your tree image does look like it's kind of a reddish black. A little bit of color shift can happen upon export to certain formats.
