Why is rendering much slower when using script to start the rendering process?

Hey guys,

The strangest thing happened to me. I'm doing a batch process project, when I add a comp to the render queue and render it using "render()", it takes 7 seconds to render, but, if I add the render item manually and click the "render" button to render the comp, it only takes 2 seconds. The comp is very simple, 2 seconds should be the actual render time. But why is the rendering much slower when using script to start the rendering process?

My AE comp is very simple, just some layers moving around. I'm using a custom render setting template and output module template to render it. And I'm not using multiprocessing.
