As the name is stated, This is an example (1) EPIC AIRPLANE WINDOW TRANSITION - ADOBE PREMIERE PRO TUTORIAL (2017) - YouTube

This isn't mine by the way

I was wondering if I can do this in After Effects for a stinger transition for OBS regarding streaming, if I can do that, this will be cool asf to pull off,

Basically have my "Window" on my Gif offline banner to open a window with my scene in the window and get "Sucked in" into the window and putting my next scene full screen,

I want this also in reverse, but I wouldn't mind learn it myself

Probably not. This isn't even a good example, but that aside I don't see how you would re-create this as a realtime transition.
