Workspace issue

Question

Anybody know how to fix this? I accidentally saved a messed up workspace under default workspace and now when I try to reset it just gives me back my messed up workspace. I tried resetting the preferences and going to the point of making a new adobe account with a new after effects software but it still gives me back this messed up workspace. How do I fix this? I know I could just put back the workspace tab(ex. Effects & presets) manually but I cant seem to find a way to put back the proportions of my workspace to normal(Timeline area shorter than usual and it doesn't look like how its supposed to be when its first downloaded

My first inclination would be just to rearrange the workspace the way you want it to be for your default and save it again. I think I have slightly modified almost all workspaces and created a couple of my own so they fit my display resolution.

I did take a look at the folder where the Preferences file is stored (find it in the middle of the Startup and Repair page of preferences) and I could not make sense out of the workspaces preferences. They should get replaced if you uninstall AE and install it again, but that seems a lot more complex to me than just manually fixing the fouled up workspace and saving it again.
