Adding film grain and jitter effects to title layers to bring into premiere

Does anyone have a good and simple solution for adding subtle grain and the very slightest jitter to title layers? I shot a project on film and adding digital titles over top that footage just doesn't blend. I'm hoping to create an understated effect that makes the titles look like what titles would look like on a 35mm projector. Premiere seems to lack even a basic way to add grain from tools like FilmConvert (just adding noise isnt' very satisfying) and I thought AfterEffects might be a more powerful tool but I'm really striking out searching youtube videos for an answer that relate directly to creating this effect for titles.

Not sure what specifically you are looking for. There's of course always the Add Grain effect and there#s a million "twitchy text" tutorials out there that would be just as appropriate to simulate gate jitter. For anything more specific you have to provide an actual sample clip of what you are looking for.
