Adobe after effects missing "noise"

i encounter a problem of missing effects in adobe after effects 2017. I hav attached the image please go through that and i need solution for it. Please help me.Capture.JPG

Without any info about your project we can't even begin to guess. Quite likely this is referencing some third-party effect that you would need to buy. AE itself has no effect plainly called "Noise".

There is indeed a default effect named "Noise" - it's under Effects > Noise & Grain.

I do agree with Mylenium that this is likely from a 3rd-party effect, though.

In your Project panel, use the search feature to find "Missing Effects."

This will then reveal the comps & layers using any missing effects, and you can track this down to the specific layers in question. The layers themselves will display "Missing: (effect name)" under the effects list.

If this doesn't give you enough to solve your issue, post a screenshot of those effects revealed in your timeline.
