After Effect log folders and .txt files

Hello people!

I've been teaching myself After Effects for the past couple of months and I see my files are creating a folder of "Logs" that house .txt files. I think, these are stamped for when I've exported my After Effects videos.

I have put this question into the internet and I can't seem to get an explanation of these Logs folders.

Any resources would be helpful to better understand what these really are, do I need to keep them, can I just delete them?
