Last log message was: <4471272896> <AppDirs> <5> Required Dir =/Applications/Adobe After Effects 2020/Adobe After Effects 2020.app/Contents/Required

.

I have pasted my alert in google (as if other people's problems would already have a solution) but found nothing similar. I have tried to reinstall AE and it didn't work...

Try this:

Rename the After Effects folder to OLD_After Effects in the following locations:

Location 1: When in Finder, click on Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Location 2: Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe

Location 3: Documents > Adobe

NOTE: This will reset AE preferences and customization
