AFTER EFFECTS ALERT

Hi, Im using imac, 16GB RAM and I7. 

I wanted to upgrade my version of after effects from 15.x.x to 17.x.x and it downloaded to me multi after effects application (also 16.x.x).

So i uninstalled every after effects application I had and then I downloaded 17.0.0 and it shows up:Screen Shot 2019-11-05 at 20.18.16.png 

 

Really cant work on after effects, please help

Try to use the Adobe CC Cleaner tool to remove all the records of Creative Cloud and install again.

Are you getting this issue when you launch After Effects or while working on a project? Did Jose_Panadero's suggestion help?

Also, you can try resetting the preferences of After Effects if you are still having this issue.

I get it when i launch after effects and i did what Jose_Panadero's said and it didnt work.
