After Effects compositions stop rendering after 2s of encoding runtime

A serious problem with the new version of After Effect, no matter what is the composition it stops rendering after quite 2 seconds and it doesn't respond to stop, the same thing happens when you try to render it at adobe media encoder it stucks after few from the start of rendering. I have tried this on my pc and on a virtual machine.

Do you have any source material with DRM on it?

mmm, I don't think so, but I have just rest some codec settings to Windows default using "codec tweak tool" and maybe that fixed the problem.
