I have a laptop, I can't put 3 physical SSD's. I have 1 SSD nvme and 1 SSD sata iii. I've created two partitions on nvme = (B:) and (C:). (B:) for disk cache, (C:) for OS and apps; the SSD SATA III is (D:) for project files, footage, etc. What do you think about it? It's ok? Do I really need any partitions on nvme to simulate 3 Ssd drivers?

Typically the reason to seperate cache files from system files and project files is related to drive performnce. There's no performance advantage to partitioning your SSD drives, other than maybe for your own file organisation. Creating folders on a single drive will effectively do the same thing.
It's also a bit unconventional to label an internal drive as drive B: because Windows traditionally reserves A: and B: for external drives.
