After Effects Error: could not convert Unicode Characters ( 23::46 )

Hey adobe community!! 

I just finished a project and im trying to save it but the same error keeps appearing. Ive watched countless youtube videos but all of them are for windows and im a mac user. If anyone could help me that would be amazing. ( im using ae cc 17 btw and my computer version is 10.10.5 if that helps )

I have just installed the 7 day trial and I had the same issue (so frustrating, since you don't know if you will already miss one day searching for a solution).

I couldn't follow the suggestions given by the help article (either can't locate the path and/or there's no menu with that name: "Show Package Content").
