Hi, is there any shortcut to show only puppet pin keyframes of selected layers? similar like P for position, R for rotation, etc... I have a bunch of layers that have puppet, rotation, position, scale keyframes inside each layer. if I press U, it show all the properties keyframes but what I need is to show the puppet mesh pin keyframes only.

After pressing U you can alwayhs spin up the properties you don't want to see.
You could also use the Timeline Search field and tupe in pup, pos and that would show all properties that begin with pup and begin with pos. That would only leave position keyframes visible.
Hopefully there will be more boolian operators in the future but for now all we have is the comma.

still can't show only puppet keyframes, when type 'pos' it shows the transform position keyframes. so is there any shortcut. to show effect keyframes only?

No. Effects cannot have keyvoard shortcuts and that's what it boils down to - the Puppet tools are an effect, not a native property stream. You have to do it the awkward wayy and manually twirl open properties if you realyl only want to show those keyframes.

so is there a shortcut to show only all effects keyframes without showing transform properties?

There is no single shortcut. But you can type "pup" in the search field and then select all Puppet Pin properties and double-right-click. All pin lines will expand.
