Sometimes when I scrub the audio it become laggy and I can't hear anything. How to fix it?
It's easy -- hit the Caps Lock key to keep video from updating. Scrub the audio. Put markers on the audio layer or use comp markers when you want something to begin or end. Done.
This Caps Lock trick has worked since Version Three, incidentally.

We can't know. You have not provided any info that would be useful, beginning with system info, audio preview settings, version of Ae, files used.

FPS 30, 1920x1080 - project settings. But now when I import the audio and scrub it there is no lag, this is weird.
