Best After effects settings for instagram

I've made a vector animation. I'm using media encoder export settings for instagram. (I've seen a few tutorials about the best settings.) But instagram still compresses the video a lot and i'm not to happy about the quality. You can see blurry lines..

Any tips for the best settings?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about the Instagram compression settings, that is not something that the user has control, just try to upload your video with the best possible quality.

Did you work out best settings? Or program to use?

I also cannot find the best way to compress an animation through Adobe programs, low enough that Instagram won't distort? 

Any further advice would be great!
