Just signed up for free trial with after effects, want to try it out on my mac. The download for the installer goes ok, but after the authentication, it goes to 0% and then shows the attached screen shot error message. Also attached are my system specs for mac.
Have already tried:
1. Rebooting
2. Trying CC installer and After Effects installer
you may have some firewall software or maybe you block some IP or maybe your router filtering some IP, try to use the different network and be sure you don't have anything block you connection
