I am having problems uninstalling these CC 2017 apps on my Macbook Pro: After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Muse and Prelude. I did the full subscription to all of the CC Cloud in 2017 and in 2018, I changed to just Premiere Pro only. I was able to uninstall everything else, but the above programs. I tried everything I can think of. I have used CC Clean up and Uninstaller. I'm trying to contact Adobe Customer Care, but it just takes me in a circle back to here.
Has anyone ran into this and solved it?

Hello,
If you still can launch After Effects, you reset the preference settings and then try to uninstall it.
To restore the default preference settings, press and hold the following keys while the application is starting.

Got to your Adobe account page www.adobe.com or by clicking the adobe logo at the upper left of browser window.
Click the little headset logo under support that says "contact us".
At the bottom of that page click either chat or phone.
