Composition blurry after rendering

My composition looks perfectly fine and sharp in the window but when I render and export it as an .mov file, it is blurry.

This is what the beginning and ending of the composition look like in the comp window.

Then, I rendered using the following settings:

But the animation turns out like this:

The comp size is 1920 by 1080 pixels. I tried looking for an answer online. Someone had suggested turning on the 'rasterise continuously' switch. I tried that but it didn't work.

What am I doing wrong?

Look like you have activate the motion blur for the final render, so be sure you uncheck the motion blur

Or make it off from your render settings

I did try turning off motion blur. It didn't help. It was still blurry.

can you share your final output to watched as a video file? because we can understand that much from a still image
