Copy effects from one layer to another

I've added Wiggle effects to one layer (for 'position' and 'rotation') and would like to copy them over to another layer:

I've tried dragging the effects aswell as 'option + dragging' but neither appear to work

Is this possible or do I have to recreate them manually on other layers?

I have the same problem where I am copying the effect but I am getting the effect without the property. Attached the image for the same.
