Crashing when opening a certain AE file

After rendering, I closed my file and when I tried to open it again these errors pop up:

Thanks for the detailed post. 

Did you use any third-party plug-ins in this project?

Try this - Create a new project and import your file in it. If that doesn't help then reset the preferences of After Effects and see if it helps.

Ended up sending my friend the profile file and him opening it and then saving it and sending it to me, which worked.
