Presumably any "draw logo with stroikes" type tutorial will do.

A WEBCAM?  Something that can go on and on?

You're going to want something that loops, and you absolutely MUST know how you're going to successfully play it back around your webcam video before you jump into the deep end of the pool, pal.

If you don't know that, this idea is a fail from the word GO.

I'd look for a tutorial on trim paths. You essentially draw your line with the pen tool. Go to the shape layer in the time line and twirl it open. Go to the Animate button and click on trim paths.

You can keyframe the start or end value depending on the direction that you'd like to go.

I hope that this helps.
