I've Problem In AE and ME

i cant export to ME

And when i open ME it give an error

as it in the screen shot

Have you tried restarting your machine?  Try it.

Are you running the same version of AE and AME? For example, if you have AE 2019 installed, but only have AME 2018 installed, they won't talk to one another correctly.

Beyond that, I would make sure all relevant audio/video drivers are up to date, and as Dave suggested, it never hurts to try a restart.

Is this happening with all projects, or just a specific one?

Yes the same version  .

Idk cz im using just these two programs in my work

As mentioned by Kyle, Dynamic link works within the same version of applications. If you are running After Effects v16, it can communicate with Media Encoder v13 only.

If running an older version, match the compatible version here.

Note: Media Encoder and Premiere Pro have same versions.
