Glitch Problem on Preview

Anyone know how to fix this problem on after effects? Whenever I import a video I get this and sometimes it happens to older clips in the comp. I've also reinstalled everything.

I have a 2070, Ryzen 5 3600x, 16GB ram. The comp settings are 2k 60fps. I also have everything updated.

Please let me know if anyone has a fix.
