How to create EXR multi layer

Hi There,

I want to make an EXR export that has multi layers in alpha channels in one export. How is this done? Need to it experiment with another program on working with multiple alpha channels at once.

You can't. Not with AE, anyway. AE's render pipeline doesn't support arbitrary/ custom channels. You will have to create it through a 3D program or another compositing app like Nuke.
